Application
Submit completed rental applications to Lash's Glass at 2242 Park Avenue, Chico, CA. We will review each application thoroughly & contact pre-qualified applicants for showings.
If you are under the age of 25, you will need to submit a completed Cosigner Agreement with your application.
You will need Adobe Reader or similiar PDF application to view & print PDF files.

- Applications must have co-signer if tenant(s) is under the age of 25.
- No live-in pets allowed in rental properties.
- Deposit varies from rental to rental, see listing details for exact amount.
- Deposit PLUS first month's rent is due upon rental agreement signing. Full rent rate due if move-in occurs before the 7th, rent is prorated accordingly if move-in date is after the 7th.
- Rent is due on the 1st of every month and late after the 5th. A late fee of $25 will be charged if paid on the 6th and an additional fee of $5 for each day past due.

- Returned checks will result in a $35 fee for the first issue, $50 for each additional occurrence.
